Add all the ingredients and cook to 10 minutes in the pressure cooker, This is one of my favorite recipes because it gives me a break from eating chicken all the time. Instant Pot Healthy Spaghetti Pasta Recipe with Mushroom
You are going to love this quick and easy healthy Instant Pot pressure cooker Spaghetti protein pasta meal prep recipe because it is full of flavor and is low in calories. This recipe makes 5 servings, each serving is around 423 calories per serving with 10 grams of fat, 45 grams of carbohydrates, and 37 grams of protein.
Turn on your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and add the lean ground beef. Cook until brown and add garlic, chili flakes and onion to the pressure cooker. Cook for 5 Minutes
Next, add the mushroom and mix it with the other ingredients. After that, add the protein pasta, bone broth, diced tomatoes, and traditional sauce to the Instant Pot.
Put the lid on the Instant Pot pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes release the pressure and open lid. Mix everything together and add the parmesan cheese and mix.
Take out your 5 meal prep container and add the spaghetti evenly to each container. Each serving is around 423 calories.
