  1. Turn on your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and add the lean ground beef. Cook until brown and add garlic, chili flakes and onion to the pressure cooker. Cook for 5 Minutes
  2. Next, add the mushroom and mix it with the other ingredients. After that, add the protein pasta, bone broth, diced tomatoes, and traditional sauce to the Instant Pot.
  3. Put the lid on the Instant Pot pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes release the pressure and open lid. Mix everything together and add the parmesan cheese and mix.
