This recipe is simple to make and only takes a few ingredients. It only takes around 30 minutes to cook. Most of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery store. The only ingredient that might be difficult to find is the G Hughes Sweet Chili Sugar-free sauce. The good news is that you can order it on Amazon.

Here are the ingredients you will need for this recipe:

  • 20 oz Lean Ground Chicken
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup of Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Garlic Powder

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup of Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/2 cup G Hughes Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce

How to make this Low Carb G Hughes Sweet Chili Sriracha Sauce Meatball Recipe with Cauliflower Rice

This is a quick and easy recipe that only takes around 30 minutes to make. This is a great low-cab sugar-free recipe that you can enjoy for lunch or dinners. This recipe stays fresh for up to four days. We used cauliflower rice instead of regular to keep to carbs low.

Here are the simple instructions for this low-carb chicken meatball recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with aluminum paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. combine all of the ingredients.
  3. Take out a large spoon and take a spoonful of the mixture and make 1 to 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Then place them into the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. Bake them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, take out a skillet or pan and bring it to low heat. Add Sriracha and G Hughes Sugar-Free Sweet Chili sauce to the pan and mix together.
  6. Once cooked, removed the meatballs from the oven and pour over the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Divide the chicken meatballs evenly into 4 meal prep containers. We used a frozen bag of cauliflower rice for the recipe. Add 1/2 cup of cauliflower rice to each bowl.

Ingredients Substitution

White Rice: If you are not a big fan of cauliflower rice you can use regular white rice instead.

Lean Ground Beef: You can use any of the lean meats instead of ground chicken including beef, turkey, and or lean ground pork.

Sweet Sauce: You can use any sweet sauce including regular honey. I would recommend only using around 1/4 of a cup of honey instead of this sugar-free sweet sauce.
