G Hughes Sweet Chili Sriracha Chicken Meatballs recipe
This is a delicious and healthy G Hughes Sweet Chili and Sriracha Ground Chicken Low Carb Meal Prep recipe that you can make for the week. This low-carb spicy ground chicken recipe is made with G Hughes Sweet Chili sauce instead of honey to lower the amount of sugar and carbs in this recipe.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with aluminum paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take out a large spoon and take a spoonful of the mixture and make 1 to 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Then place them into the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. Bake them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, take out a skillet or pan and bring it to low heat. Add Sriracha and G Hughes Sugar-Free Sweet Chili sauce to the pan and mix together.
  6. Once cooked, removed the meatballs from the oven and pour over the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Divide the chicken meatballs evenly into 4 meal prep containers. We used a frozen bag of cauliflower rice for the recipe. Add 1/2 cup of cauliflower rice to each bowl.
