  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 24 oz Chicken Tenders
  • 1/2 cup G Hughes sugar-free Honey Mustard Sauce

This is a quick and easy chicken strips meal prep recipe that you can make for the week for lunch. It is with simple ingredients. This recipe call for an air fryer. If you don’t have am air fryer you can also use the oven. The air fryer gives is a crispy texture.

Here are the simple instructions for this Honey Mustard Chicken Tender recipe:

  1. Take out a large bowl and add the following ingredients: Panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything together and set aside. In a small bowl add 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs and mix together.
  2. Take out your 24 oz of chicken tenders. If you don’t have chicken tenders, you can thinly slice chicken breast. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture first and then the Panko bread crumbs and set aside.
  3. Take out your air fryer and spray the air fryer pan with nonstick cooking spray. Air fry the chicken at 375f for 12 to 15 minutes. Once cooked remove and set aside.
  4. Take out a large bowl and add the cooked chicken tenders. Next, add 1/2 cup of G Hughes sugar-free Honey Mustard dipping sauce the chicken strips. Mix the sauce with the chicken strips. Transfer them to 4 meal prep containers.
