- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 24 oz Lean Steak (Top Sirloin)
- 2 Large Chopped Bell Peppers
- 1 Large Red Onion
- 2 Large Chopped Carrots
- 2 Cups Mushroom
- 2 Tbsp Ginger Root
- 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
- 3/4 Cup water
- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Truvia Calorie Free Sweetener
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tsp Chile Flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 Cup White Rice

- Start off by making the sauce. Add the following ingredients into a bowl. Add water, soy sauce, corn starch, chile flakes, ground black pepper, and teriyaki sauce into a bowl and mix.
- Next, preheat a pan and add olive oil to it. Next, add the lean steak, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, carrots. ginger, and garlic. Mix and cook until brown.
- Once brown add the sauce mix to the pan and mix all ingredients together. Cook for around 15 minutes.
- While the meat is cooking you can cook the white rice and set aside.
- After 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens up, add the spicy pepper steak to your meal prep containers with the white rice.
