  1. Start off by making the sauce. Add the following ingredients into a bowl. Add water, soy sauce, corn starch, chile flakes, ground black pepper, and teriyaki sauce into a bowl and mix.
  2. Next, preheat a pan and add olive oil to it. Next, add the lean steak, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, carrots. ginger, and garlic. Mix and cook until brown.
  3. Once brown add the sauce mix to the pan and mix all ingredients together. Cook for around 15 minutes.
  4. While the meat is cooking you can cook the white rice and set aside.
  5. After 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens up, add the spicy pepper steak to your meal prep containers with the white rice.
  6. This recipe makes 5 servings
