In this recipe, we used Swai fish, but you can use whatever fish you like including Tilapia. If you use a fish like Salmon your calories and fat will be a little higher. I enjoy a fish that does not have a fishy smell.

- 3 Medium Potatoes (300g)
- 1 Medium Head of Cauliflower (575g)
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 3 Large Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 Tbsp Deli Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Pure Honey
- 20 oz Swai or Tilapia
- 2 Cups Green Beans

- In a large pan and the potatoes and head of cauliflower into boiling water. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain water and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Blend the cauliflower and mashed potatoes until you have a mush consistency.
- Make the mustard sauce. Add the following ingredients: lemon juice, chili powder, mustard, and honey and mix together.
- In a large flat pan add the fish and add the mustard sauce on top. Bake for12 minutes at 375F. In the meantime, boil the green beans and add them to an ice bowl to stop the cooking process.
- Take out 5 meal prep containers and add the cauliflower mashed potatoes, fish, and green beans. There you have it!
