  • 24 oz Raw cleaned Shrimp
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Large Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 1 Sliced Jalapeno
  • 1 Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice

This is a quick and easy lunch meal prep recipe that you can make for the week. It is made with simple ingredients and it only takes around 25 minutes to make. This recipe is perfect if you don’t have much time to meal prep for the week. Each spicy shrimp bowl is packed with flavor.

Here are the simple instructions for this Spicy Chipotle Shrimp Bowl Recipe:

  1. Start by slices all of your vegetables for this recipe. Next, take out a large mixing bowl and add the shrimp and the following spices: cumin, garlic powder, salt, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper. Mix everything together, and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat a large stovetop pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Next, add the shrimp and a cook for around 5 minutes or until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked. Remove the cooked shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the sliced bell pepper, sliced jalapeno, and sliced red onion. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the shrimp back to the pan and mix everything together. Once everything is mixed together, add 1 Tbsp of lime juice, and 4 Tbsp of Chipotle sauce. Simmer for a few minutes and remove from heat.
  4. Finally, make 4 servings of white or brown rice. Follow the instruction on the bow. This recipe makes 5 services.
