- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 1 Medium Chopped Bell Pepper
- 2 Medium Jalapenos
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 20 oz Chiken breast
- 2 7 oz Cans Salsa Verde
- 2 Cans White Kidney Beans
- 1 Can Pinto Beans
- 2 Cups Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano

- Finely chop up the following vegetables and add them to a slow cooker: onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Next, add the chicken breast and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
- Add the following ingredients: white kidney beans, pinto beans, salsa verde, chicken bone broth, ground cumin, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- After 4 hours on high remove chicken breast and shred the chicken. Add it back to the slow cooker. Cook for 30 more minutes.
- After 30 minutes you are ready to serve.
