Instructions
  1. Finely chop up the following vegetables and add them to a slow cooker: onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Next, add the chicken breast and minced garlic to the slow cooker.
  2. Add the following ingredients: white kidney beans, pinto beans, salsa verde, chicken bone broth, ground cumin, and black pepper.
  3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
  4. After 4 hours on high remove chicken breast and shred the chicken. Add it back to the slow cooker. Cook for 30 more minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes you are ready to serve.
