Easy to make zucchini low carb pasta
I used a Spiralizer to make the zucchini pasta. I like to use the angel hair blade. I have the manual one so it takes a little elbow grease to get the job done.

Take out your spiralizer and splice 5 zucchini into pasta. In a large stovetop pan bring water to a boil and cook zucchini pasta for 5 minutes. Remove after 5 minutes.
In a large stovetop pan add ground beef and cook till brown. Add the ground garlic, salt chili flakes, black pepper to the meat and mix together.
Once the meat is cooked add the onion, diced tomato, spaghetti sauce and mushroom to the pan. Mix all together and cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add the zucchini pasta to your meal prep bowls and next add your spaghetti meat sauce on top of your zucchini pasta. And there you have it.
