- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Apple Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Stevia
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
How To Make Protein Bread Chocolate- Healthy Meal Prep Snack
It will only take a few minutes to get this recipe ready for the oven. The oven time is what’s going to take the longest. Your house is going to smell delicious well the bread is baking.

- Take out a large bowl and mash the bananas. Next add the following ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla extract, stevia, eggs, egg whites, apple sauce, and mix everything together.
- Once everything is mixed together, take out a baking pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray and coat it with flour so that the chocolate bread does not get stuck. Pour mix into the baking pan. You can add chocolate chips on top if you like.
- Preheat your oven to 350F. Bake for 60 minutes at 350F. Remove and let it cool for 30 minutes.
