Instructions
  1. Take out a large bowl and mash the bananas. Next add the following ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla extract, stevia, eggs, egg whites, apple sauce, and mix everything together.
  2. Once everything is mixed together, take out a baking pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray and coat it with flour so that the chocolate bread does not get stuck. Pour mix into the baking pan. You can add chocolate chips on top if you like.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350F. Bake for 60 minutes at 350F. Remove and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  4. Once cool, cut your bread into 8 even slices. You can store your bread in an airtight container for freshness.
