- 2 lbs (32 oz) Lean Ground Beef 96/4 or 93/7
- 2 cans (910 grams) Kidney Beans
- 2 cans (861 grams) Diced Tomato
- 1 can ( 455 grams) Black Beans
- 2 cups (300 grams) Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup ( 150 grams) Red Onion
Spices
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt Or to taste

Instructions
- In a large saucepan add the 2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef and cook till brown.
- After Lean Ground Beef is cooked add Beef to the Slow Cooker (Crock Pot).
- Next and the following ingredients: diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, green bell pepper, and red onion.
- Now its time to add the spices: chili powder, chili flakes, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix all ingredients together and cover the slow cooker.
- Turn on the slow cooker and set it to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. This is up to you.
- After 4 hours on high, stir the chili around and taste to see if it needs more salt
- Let it cool down and add it to your favorite meal prep containers.
