  1. In a large saucepan add the 2 pounds of Lean Ground Beef and cook till brown.
  2. After Lean Ground Beef is cooked add Beef to the Slow Cooker (Crock Pot).
  3. Next and the following ingredients: diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, green bell pepper, and red onion.
  4. Now its time to add the spices: chili powder, chili flakes, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Mix all ingredients together and cover the slow cooker.
  6. Turn on the slow cooker and set it to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. This is up to you.
  7. After 4 hours on high, stir the chili around and taste to see if it needs more salt
  8. Let it cool down and add it to your favorite meal prep containers.
