- 3 Lbs (48oz) Chicken Breast
- 1 Large Can (640g) Cream Of Mushroom 98% Fat Free
- 1 Large Can (598g) Cream Of Chicken 98% Fat Free
- 1 Cup (150g) Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup (156g) Chopped Carrots
- 1 Cup (210g) Chopped Zucchini
- 2 Cups (312g) Mushrooms
- 2 Cups (332g) Chopped Potatoes
- 16 oz (450g) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 3 Packets Chicken Bouillon Sodium Free
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

- In your large pressure cooker (Instant Pot) add the following ingredients: 3 lbs chicken breast, 1 large can cream of mushroom, 1 large can of chicken, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of zucchini, 2 cups of potatoes, and 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables.
- Next, add the spices, chicken bouillon, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.
- Cover the Instant pot and cook on chicken for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, let it sit for a few minutes and release the pressure.
- Stir the chicken pot pie and add in the 2 cups of mushrooms. Recover and set for 20 more minutes.
- Lastly. Once done let it sit for a few munites and the release the pressure. Once cooled go ahead and add them to your meal prep containers.
