  1. In your large pressure cooker (Instant Pot) add the following ingredients: 3 lbs chicken breast, 1 large can cream of mushroom, 1 large can of chicken, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of zucchini, 2 cups of potatoes, and 16 oz of frozen mixed vegetables.
  2. Next, add the spices, chicken bouillon, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.
  3. Cover the Instant pot and cook on chicken for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, let it sit for a few minutes and release the pressure.
  5. Stir the chicken pot pie and add in the 2 cups of mushrooms. Recover and set for 20 more minutes.
  6. Lastly. Once done let it sit for a few munites and the release the pressure. Once cooled go ahead and add them to your meal prep containers.
