Blueberry Protein Pancakes -
Quick and easy high protein blueberry pancakes.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl crack 2 eggs and only place the egg whites into the bowl.
  2. Next, crack 2 more whole eggs into the same bowl.
  3. Grab a whisk and mix all the eggs in the bowl.
  4. Next, add 1 cup of the protein pancake mix into the bowl.
  5. Also, add 1/2 Tsp of ground cinnamon and 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract into the bowl.
  6. Add 1 cup of water to the bowl and mix all ingredients together. You may need to add extra mix or water to get the correct consistency.
  7. Preheat a pan or a pancake griddle to medium heat.
  8. Add protein pancake mix to the pan and add the blueberries to the pancakes.
  9. Flip after a few minutes and repeat the process on all pancakes.
  10. Lastly, top the pancakes with fat-free cool whip
