This banana chocolate protein recipe is a great meal prep snack for the week. All you have to do is add a few protein cookies to your lunch box and eat them as a snack. Or you can have them as a breakfast replacement.

This is a low-calorie healthy meal prep snack recipe that has 15 servings (15 cookies) -1.3 grams of fat, 8 grams of Carbohydrates, and 4 grams of protein per cookie. This can easily be low calorie, low carb cookies.
The protein we used in this recipe is the chocolate protein powder from Bodybuilding.com, this is bodybuilding signature brand. Their brand is one of my favorites because it tastes great and sells at a great price.

- 1 Large Banana
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Large Egg whites
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 3 Packets Fruit Monk Sweetener Optional
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips Reese Flavor

- In a large bowl add the following ingredients: banana, egg, egg whites, protein powder, rolled oats, cinnamon, and Monk fruit sweetener. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Take out a baking pan and make 15 Banana protein cookies. Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, check the cookies and let them sit for 5 minutes to cool.
- Move then over to a meal prep container and store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Hello Ninja. I really like the ingredients in this recipe. Bananas plus oats in a cookie. I never would have thought of using banana on a cookie recipe. I will try this out for sure.
