  1. In a large bowl add the following ingredients: banana, egg, egg whites, protein powder, rolled oats, cinnamon, and Monk fruit sweetener. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F. Take out a baking pan and make 15 Banana protein cookies. Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes, check the cookies and let them sit for 5 minutes to cool.
  4. Move then over to a meal prep container and store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
