  1. Start off by taking out a large pan and add water.
  2. Next, add 1 tbsp of salt and bring to a boil. Add the protein pasta to the boiling water. Cook for 8-10 minutes or follow the instructions on for pasta box. Remove and drain pasta. Set aside.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to the pot and add 20 oz of chopped up chicken breast. Cook until brown and remove and set aside.
  4. Add bell peppers, onion and coat veggies with non-stick spray. This will help them cook faster. Once cooked add back the chicken breast. Add the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the lemon juice and the protein pasta to the pot. Mix all together.
  6. Finally, add 1 cup of reduced-fat shredded cheese. Let the cheese melt and continue to mix. Lastly, you can add the Chicken Fajita Protein Pasta to the Meal Prep containers.
