- 1 6 oz (168g) Protein Pasta
- 1 Cup (224g) Reduced Fat Alfredo Sauce
- 1 Cup (115g) White Onion
- 3 Cups (345g) Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1 Cup (223g) Zucchini
- 2 Cups (140g) Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Blackened Chicken Rub Spice
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
- Start off by weighing out 6 oz of Protein Pasta. I am using Barilla ProteinPLUS spaghetti pasta
- Butterfly 24 oz of chicken breast.
- Next, make the Blackened seasoning rub and sprinkle it on the chicken. Cook chicken in a saucepan for 3-4 for minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Then, thinly slice into small stripes.
- Chop up all of the veggies and cook them in a large pan.
- Add 1 cup of reduced-fat alfredo sauce to the pan, After that add the Pasta to the pan and mix together.
- Lastly, add the pasta to the 6 Meal Prep containers and add the chicken on top.
