- 10 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3/4 Cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Cimmanom
- 2 Scoops Birthday Cake Whey Protein or Vanilla Protein
- 3 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries

- Cut 10 slices of whole wheat bread into small pieces and set aside in a bowl.
- In a large bowl add 2 large eggs and 1 cup of liquid egg whites into the bowl. Next, add the almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder into the bowl.
- Mix together all the ingredients and pour them into the bowl with the whole wheat bread.
- Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and add your french toast mixture. Top it with stevia.
- Add your 3 cups of frozen berries to the top of the french toast. Please in the oven for 35 minutes at 350 F.
- Remove from the oven after 35 minutes and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut into 5 servings and place them in your meal prep containers. Top with some whipped cream.
