  • 78 grams Rice Cereal
  • 32 grams Peanut Butter Powder
  • 68 grams Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 15 grams Crushed Mix Nuts
  • 109 grams Water

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add the following ingredients: peanut butter powder, protein powder, cocoa powder, and water. Mix everything together until to get a mud texture.
  • Next, take out another bowl and add the rice cereal. Mix the chocolate protein mixture in the bowl and mix everything together. Once mixed, transfer it to a small bowl and place it in the freezer for 25 minutes.
  • Finally, take them out and cut them into 4 pieces. Store them in the refrigerator.
