Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F and cook the sweet potatoes for 30 minutes or until cooked in the middle. Remove sweet potato and peel off the skin.
  2. In a large bowl add the sweet potato, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, PB2, almond flakes, cacao powder, and the honey. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Take out a bread pan and add wax paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add the mixture to the pan. Preheat your oven to 375 F for 30 minutes or until brownies are cooked throughout.
  4. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes, Cook into 6 pieces and enjoy. There you have it meal prep sweet potato chocolate protein brownie recipe.
