Just as good as a regular chocolate cookie but without all of the extra calories including all the extra fats and sugars. Only 2.5 grams of fat per cookie and 13 grams of carbohydrate, and most of the carbohydrates are from complex carbs, not sugars.
The best part is that the entire family will love these healthy chocolate cookies. My kids love the recipe. - 2 cups (80g) Oat Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 Tbsp Truvia Calorie Free Sweetener
- 2 Tbsp Sugar-free Chocolate Syrup
- 5 Tbsp 100% Cocoa Unsweetened
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 2 Servings Greek Yogurt Vanilla
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
- 4 Tbsp (26g) PB2 Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Cup (40g) Quick Oats
- 1 Serving Chocolate Chips

- If you do not have Oat flour you can blend rolled oats in a blender and make your own Oat flour.
- Add the following ingredients into a large bowl: oat flour, 2 large eggs, calorie-free sweetener, chocolate syrup, unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened apple sauce, low-fat greek yogurt, baking powder, chocolate protein powder, PB2 peanut butter, cinnamon, and quick oats.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Next, take out a baking pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. I made 12 cookies with the recipe.
- Preheat your oven to 375 F. Place your protein cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Take the cookies out and let them cool for a few minutes.
