- 2 lbs Lean 93% Ground Turkey
- 2 cans Diced Tomato
- 2 cans Kidney Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Corn
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Large Bell Pepper Your Favorite color Bell Pepper
Spices
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Salt To Your Liking

- In a large saucepan add the 2 pounds of Lean Ground Turkey and cook till brown.
- After Turkey is cooked add Turkey to the Slow Cooker (Crock Pot).
- Next and the following ingredients: diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and corn.
- Chop up and add the medium onion and bell pepper to the slow cooker.
- Now its time to add the spices: chili powder, chili flakes, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix all ingredients together and cover the slow cooker.
- Turn on the slow cooker and set it to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. This is up to you.
- After 8 hours at low, stir the chili around and taste to see if it needs more salt.
- Let it cool down and add it to your favorite meal prep containers.
