This is an easy meal prep recipe when you don’t have much time to be in the kitchen but want a great tasting burrito bowl that is full of flavor. You start by adding the lean ground beef and start chopping up your vegetables. Once the ground beef is cooked just add the vegetables, and in 25 minutes you will have 6 meal prep bowls.

- 20 oz Lean 93% Ground Beef
- 4 medium Chopped Bell Peppers
- 1 medium Chopped Onion
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Can Pinto Beans
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Bag Uncle Ben's Ready Rice
- 1 Cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese

- Add ground beef to a pan and cook until brown. add the following ingredients: bell pepper, onion, and zucchini. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the following ingredients: black beans, pinto beans, and corn. Mix ingredients together.
- Add the cilantro and Pace Picante sauce to the pan. Mix and let it cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Letting the flavors mix together.
- Top it with cheese and whatever other ingredients you like, like jalapeno or sour cream.
