  1. In a large bowl add the following ingredients: Oat flour, Birthday Cake Protein powder (or vanilla Protein), Egg Whites, PB2, Coconut flakes, greek yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix all of the ingredients together until you get a cookie dough consistency.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. In a large baking pan, make 12 cookies and add sprinkles to the top of the cookies. Place them into the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Take them out after 10 to 12 minutes and enjoy!!
