Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add the Panko bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into one bowl.
  2. Crack one large egg into a small bowl.
  3. You can buy pre-cut chicken breast tenders or you can cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
  4. Next, you are going to dip the chicken tender into the egg mixture and then the bread crumb mixture. Place them on a plate into all tenders have a coating.
  5. Next, take out you Air Fryer and pre-heat to 375 for 3 minutes. If you do not have an air fryer you can use an oven.
  6. Place the chicken tenders into the Air Fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Set aside and cook the remainder.
  7. Cut the potatoes into potato wedges and spray with Olive Oil spray. Then add 1 Tsp Garlic Salt and 1 Tsp Patrika. Mix the spices together with the potatoes wedges and add them to the Air Fryer. Cook at 375F for 12 minutes or until potatoes wedges are crispy. Take them out and set aside.
  8. Get out your 4 meal prep containers and add 6 oz of the chicken tenders, 3.5 oz of Potato wedges, and the 1/2 cup of carrots to each container.
  9. You can add a side of lite Ranch or Buffalo wings sauce to dip your chicken tenders.
