- 3 Cups Oatmeal
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Scoops Oatmeal Protein Powder
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Serving (170g) Light Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Stevia Sweetener
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Medium Chopped Apple
Ingredients

- In a large bowl add the following ingredients: oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, protein powder, apple sauce, almond milk, greek yogurt, stevia, eggs, and a chopped apple. Mix all ingredients together.
- Take out a muffin pan and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350F. Add the mixture to the 12 muffin pan.
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 40 minutes or until cooked
- Take out of the oven and place them in a meal prep container and enjoy!
