Instructions
  1. If you do not have Oat flour you can blend rolled oats in a blender and make your own Oat flour.
  2. Add the following ingredients into a large bowl: oat flour, 2 large eggs, calorie-free sweetener, chocolate syrup, unsweetened cocoa powder, unsweetened apple sauce, low-fat greek yogurt, baking powder, chocolate protein powder, PB2 peanut butter, cinnamon, and quick oats.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  4. Next, take out a baking pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. I made 12 cookies with the recipe.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375 F. Place your protein cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Take the cookies out and let them cool for a few minutes.
  7. There you go! Enjoy these amazing Chocolate chip protein cookies!
