  1. Take out your Spiralizer and slice your 4 zucchinis into large noodles. Place the Zoodles in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Preheat a large pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Chop your onion and mushroom and add them to the pan. Add the 2 Lbs of lean ground turkey and cook until brown.
  3. Once cooked add the black pepper, Italian seasoning, oregano, and season salt to the pan. Add the zucchini noodles and the pesto to the pan and toss. Cover on low for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes add the grated parmesan cheese and toss everything together. Take out your 5 meal prep container and distribute evenly.
