This healthy strawberry banana protein bread recipe is filled with flavor and packed with protein. Super delicious meal prep snack that you can pack in your lunch bag as an afternoon snack. It is also a perfect healthy breakfast meal that you can have with your cup of coffee or almond milk.

  1. Start by adding all of the dry ingredients to a large bowl ( oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, stevia)
  2. Mash the bananas and add all the wet ingredients to the bowl. ( eggs, egg whites, apple sauce, vanilla, bananas, and strawberries) Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or fork.
  3. Preheat oven to 350F, After mixing add the mixture into a baking bread pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350F.
  4. Remove from the oven after 50 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut into 10 even slices and store them in a meal prep container.
