  1. In a large bowl add the following dry ingredients: oats, baking soda, salt, protein powder, and stevia. Next, add the wet ingredients: almond milk, eggs, yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, and then add the blueberries. Preheat your oven to 325F. Take out your muffin pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add your mixture to the muffin pan. You should be able to make a total of 12 muffins.
  3. Bake your muffins at 325F for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes check your muffins and let them rest for 5 minutes. Add them to a meal prep container and enjoy it!
