  1. Take out a large bowl and add the following ingredients: oat flour, protein powder, stevia, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla extract, apple sauce, and eggs. Mix everything together. After you mix everything together, add the 5 oz of chopped peaches to the bowl.
  2. Next, take out a silicone muffin pan and spray with a non-stick cooking spray. Add the mixture to the silicone muffin pan and make 12 muffins.
  3. Preheat your oven. Bake the muffins at 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until muffins are cooked evenly. Remove muffins and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove muffins from the silicone pan and place them in an airtight container.
