  1. Start by slicing all of the vegetables for this recipe. Next, take out your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and set it to Sauté.
  2. Add the ground chicken to the pot and cook until meat is brown. This should take around 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked add the following ingredients: kidney beans, diced tomatoes, black beans, bell peppers, and red onion. Mix everything together.
  4. Finally it time to add the spices: chili powder, chili flakes, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt to the pot and mix together.
  5. Cover the top and set it for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, release the pressure and transfer to 5 meal prep mugs or glass bowls. Top it with your favorite topping like shredded cheese.
