Crock-Pot Taco Casserole Pasta Recipe Slow Cooker Meal Prep This is a great recipe for anyone who loves to set it and forget it. This healthy taco protein pasta recipe tastes great and easy to make. All you have to do is cook the lean ground beef and add the ingredients to the crock pot slow cooker.

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat a large cooking pan and add the lean ground beef to the pan and cook until brown.
  2. Once cooked add the taco seasoning to the lean ground beef. Add the meat to the slow cooker crockpot.
  3. Add the following ingredients to the crockpot: bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, corn chunky salsa, and chicken bone broth.
  4. Cook for 4 hours on high. After 4 hours add the pasta shells and let it cook for 30 mins on high.
  5. After 30 minutes add the shredded cheese and mix together. Let it cool and add it to your meal prep containers. Top the Meal Prep Taco Pasta off with some cilantro.
  6. There you have it. 5 servings, 482 calories per serving. 13 grams of fat, 41,4 grams of carbohydrates, and 48 grams of protein.
