Instructions
  1. Take out a large bowl and add the following ingredients: eggs, stevia, almond milk, apple sauce, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate protein powder.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients with a whisk or a folk.
  3. Take out a stovetop pan and set your temperature to medium-low. Spray your stovetop pan with a non-stick cooking spray.
  4. This chocolate protein mix should make around 10 medium size pancakes. Poor you mix into the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side at a low temperature.
  5. Once you make your 10 chocolate protein powder pancakes, take out your meal prep containers and ad 2 pancakes to each container and store in the refrigerator for the week.
  6. I would recommend not adding the berries until you are ready to eat. You can use fresh or frozen berries.
