Instructions
  1. In a mixing add the chicken, garlic, chili powder, and chipotle sauce and mix together. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl cook the white rice. Bring to a boil and let it sit for 15 minutes. Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. In a large pan add the bell peppers and onion and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, cook the chicken on either a bbq grill, griddle, or a cast iron pan. Cook at 400 F for 12 minutes on each side. Once cooked remove.
  5. Take out your 5 meal prep containers and add the chicken, bell peppers, corn, rice, and beans.
