Instructions
  1. Take out a bowl and add the following ingredients: chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, sea salt and lemon juice. Mix everything together and set aside.
  2. Next, chop the onion and bell peppers into thin slices. Take out 16 oz of chicken breast and slice into fajita strips and add it to a bowl. Chop 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro and add it to the chicken bowl. Add the fajita seasoning mixture to the chicken and mix. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Well, the chicken is marinating you can make guacamole. Cut half an avocado and chop into small cubes. Add the cilantro and onion to the guacamole. Lastly, chop up 1/2 a tomato and mix everything together. I recommend not to add too much red onion. It can overpower the recipe.
  4. Take out a large skillet and preheat. Add the veggies to skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add the chicken and cook for around 10 minutes. Remove the chicken fajita mix and set aside.
  5. Take out two large tortillas and add the guacamole to each tortilla. Next, add the chicken fajita mix to each burrito. Finish it off by adding reduced-fat shredded cheese and salsa to the burrito. Row it into a burrito and cut it in half. Add whatever other topping you like including sour creams.
