  1. In a large bowl add the following ingredients: banana, eggs, egg whites, honey oat flour, apple sauce, protein powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder and mix ingredients together with a hand mixer.
  2. Coat your bread pan with non-stick cooking stay and add flour to the pan. mix the flour around so that the bread does not stick.
  3. Add banana protein bread mixture to the bread pan.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F and place the bread pan into the oven for 1 hour or until it is cooked evenly.
  5. Take out of the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes. Cut into 9 or 10 slices and place it into your meal prep container. There you have it!
