  1. Cut chicken breast into Tender splices and removed the fat
  2. In a large bowl add the coconut flakes, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and mix together.
  3. In a small bowl add 1 large egg and mix.
  4. In another bowl add the almond flour.
  5. Next, grab a chicken tender and mix it in the egg, almond flour, and coconut flakes mixture.
  6. Prep heat air fryer to 375 and add the chicken tenders to them for 12 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. Once everything is cooked add them to your meal prep containers.
